Can Anodize wheels be polished?

Can Anodize black wheels be polished to the polish aluminum look? Yes its weird, but I am growing tired of my Work S1R wheels. If so what would be the process?


My current rims:



And want them to look like this:

I tried to polish out some stains from a wheel cleaner on a set of anodized Fikse wheels. It did very little to change anything.
