Anyone know what this rear seat piece is called?

I'm not exactly sure what this piece is called but one of mine broke in my e92. Just seeing if anyone has an extra they would like to sell me or give me (i'll pay shipping). If not, does anyone have the part number so I can order a new one? I'm located in San Diego. Thanks!

I have a spare, what’s your zip, I’ll check on shipping.

I bought one, mine was missing, but when I got my interior done, they found the original...

I have a neighbour who works for fedex, part is small enough, that I should get his discount.
Pm your address, I’ll get it shipped off Monday and send whatever tracking info there is.

Merry Christmas, Happy Birthday....

I've replaced all 4. Moving baby seats in and out breaks them. Now I just pull the whole f'ng things out when the baby seat goes in. So lame that they break so easy. Just tightening the baby seat in broke 2 of them. My pops has an X6 and BMW finished his seats with a cut in the leather that is stitched. Much better IMO because there is no plastic cheap shit in the seat back.
