H2 Motors autopsies damaged S65

Their videos are subtitled more accurately now and are much easier to follow. They tend to be close to an hour for the teardowns and builds, definitely not DIY/how-to oriented but very informational. They've sent me down a very deep You-Tube rabbit hole. |

Interesting, as far as I understand the sub test they don't really believe/understand the vanos cover function as they run several engines without, but will try the alu cover out as they seem cool?

I liked the honest comment about the VANOS covers and thought it was funny. I would have more confidence with a shop that said something like that rather than the typical response when people feel pressured to be experts and they just make something up that sounds good.

H2 Motors acquired a pre-production S65 and they're comparing it to a production version. Subtitling for this one wasn't very good so I had a bit of trouble following a lot of the technical discussion but there appear to be a lot of interesting tweaks and design changes down to the finish of the cylinders.
