FS: turner front strut brace

I had the intent of modifying my oem braces to fit this underneath them to triangulate the bracing. there are two things that made me decide to abandon this project- i have a karbonius carbon plenum on order and will not be able to fit this. the second reason is it will require some spacers between the top of the strut tower, the base of hte bracket, and you would have to modify the oem brace bases.
the reason for this, is this brace doesn't clear the oem airbox lid by a couple of millimeters.

i'm looking to get $140 picked up for this brand new brace. please see pics below and you'll get a better idea of the issues. i can't return it to turner because its been too long.

just to be clear- it will not fit without modifying your oem braces. pics below.
