M3 coming ... time for garage improvements?

In preparation for my M3 arriving, I'm thinking of laying flooring in my garage.

Anyone have any experience with these?

Saw those yesterday. Would be cool just pricey depending on how big your garage is. I thought about doing it but just a lot. You can always coat the floor which will make it nice and affordable.
