window squeeking and the window seals

seem so hard and grinds when window goes up in them in my new new E93. I dont know if also that is causing a rattle like noise also. Is not a something moving noise is more rubbing noise.

Yup, have it, thought only affects E90s. Had seals replaced. Also squeaking side view mirrors. Doesn't fix problems, just comes back within a week. Now I have resorted to living and accepting it. Lotsa posts regarding this.
