You can tackle all of that relatively easy with hand tools!

In all seriousness, I hear you on the scarcity of finding a Garage Queen 2011 e90 ZCP...like you I looked for a year and found one in Texas...bought it literally sight unseen which was a first for me. Had it shipped to PDX and she never fails to put that same shyte eating grin on my face when I take her out! Show it off when you get it! |

Group 2 quoted me only 3.3 hrs labor for all of it. I'll gladly pay that rate and spend my time at work or doing something better. Wrenching on cars isn't really my thing. Parts costs are the same as what I could get online.

dammit I've been home sick with the flu for a week now and despite being miserable I have to do something so what do I do? Obsess over car shit and makes lists of add-ons/mods to do. I have three tiers of priorities with low priority costing less than $1000 with no performance improvements. Moderate priority $9000 and half of that is new summer tires and a winter wheel/tire set. Low priority is $10,500 and is mostly BBK.
So all in I have already created $20,558 in "things to do" to the car I don't even have yet and that cost is >50% of the purchase price of the car. sad state of affairs at the moment. lol I'm so tired of this flu. |

The eagle has landed on this disgusting stormy weekend. The car is great! Everything checks out BUT they drilled the damn front plate when it hit the dealership. I didn't even think to tell them don't do that because why would they? Blah.
I wasn't too bent out of shape until I took the bracket off this morning and saw four holes. Well shit what am I supposed to do with that? Four bumper plugs or just run a front plate? No budget right now for euro bumper. |

I agree, get the original paint matched front plate holder if you don't already have it.

Congrats on taking delivery! Sorry to hear about the front bumper - that is actually one of my biggest pet peeves on these cars, a drilled front bumper.
My M3 came from Ohio where front plates aren't required so my bumper is hole-free, but my X5 came from CA and had a front plate mounted I removed the plate immediately and bought bumper plugs, but the plugs required me to drill even larger holes to install, and I just couldn't do it. So I just have 2 exposed holes...it actually doesn't bother me too much. I haven't run front plates in years on any of my cars, no issues so far. How about skipping the Euro bumper and having a shop fill those holes and the reflector holes, and respray? Thought that might end up being just as much as a Euro bumper? |

Burn the car, get a Tesla, and disappear into the suburban masses on the east side.

Sales service was good and they have their process down smooth. All in all I would buy from them again if they have the right car. Only thing I didn't like is they drilled the bumper. |

If I can find the right color combination I don't plan on making any mods. I test drove a e92 at BMW of Bellevue a couple of weeks ago that was 100% mod and it scared the crap out of me...exactly what I want! LOL! I've already have cement in my shoe so I don't need anything faster.
