Edition VS M Performance kidney Grills
I just installed edition kidney grills and side gills on my AW and to be honest I'm not super excited with the outcome. They're almost a bronze color and don't match the exterior trim at all.
Does anyone have a side by side of Performance VS Edition grills installed (prefer AW but I won't be too picky)????? Thanks |

Yes I agree I wasn't terribly thrilled either.
Now I'm trying to finalize a decision between matte and gloss black. I have matte on now and matte wheels but just can't visualize the gloss. |

That's an easy choice, gloss all day. Matches the trim perfectly, matte looks cheap on such an expensive car

The OEM Gloss ones sell for like $120 shipped from bmwpartspros.com. Do it, move on to the next issue.

To the OP, you are correct. I always explain to my clients that they have a gunmetal/bronze hue to them. Really difficult to put into words, but bottom line is that they do not match the window trim or mirror housing.

Glad I ran across this, I was getting ready to order the editions for my wife's Jerez Black E93, and now and thinking gloss may be the better option.
Andrew, from you seeing so many cars, in your opinion does gloss look better than edition on Jerez? |
