I'm pretty sure this was previously an IND featured build so it had lots of aftermarket goodies and recently had thousands done in maintenance including RB(ACL&ARP)/TA/fuel injectors/plugs/fuel sending unit/fuel breather/fuel pressure sensor/DCT service. PO even gave me a box of unused coils he had bought to troubleshoot what ended up being an unrelated problem.
What color?

Carvana actually uses a 3rd party warranty company, Silver Rock, to handle/pay their repair claims. The process was a bit disconnected (no cross-talk between SilverRock and Carvana, I had to call and fill Carvana in on what was happening several times/request an extension of the return period) and it took a couple weeks, but everything they found was taken care of.
Sounds like a pretty good deal, do you think they would've covered the rod bearings?

I can verify the same with my Carvana purchase. Only 29k miles on mine and they covered a $7k bill.

While they won't cover rod bearings, since it is preventative, we found that the oil drain nut was stripped and cross-threaded. Silverlight paid for a whole new pan and motor mounts. At that point, I only paid for just the RB parts since the labor was done.

I also had them cover: brand new headlights due to condensation, all four wheels refinished, and diff pinion seals.

I've heard of at least one other m3 with a similar drain nut problem from Carvana. Their in-house mechanics could use some additional training.

I know the car (fairly) well .. a few accidents reported, and unfortunate some cosmetic flaws to add some context; but still an amazing deal nonetheless.

Good deal. One year newer than my E93. I bought mine earlier this year with the same 46k miles; and have really been enjoying it.

Here is mine with the stock wheels.

Very nice.. I just bought a bunch of CF exterior pieces and a Corsa exhaust. I can't wait for Spring so I can deck it out. Next on the list is a supercharger, but that may be a while considering the cost.

Found a '11 Alpine white E90 M3 DCT with 14.5k miles. Car includes the Competition Package, Premium Package and Technology Package.

List for $48k but I feel like I should offer lower around low $40ish. What do you guys think?

An interesting look through the years of E9x M3 prices, looking like they were tanking. Who knew that these were going to explode.
