Ok so I've been running this tune on my car. Have had some CEL issues (says o2 sensors are stuck rich but have been replaced) as well as car almost stalling out when cold.

I am running 2nd cats (as this is how the car was sold to me last year).

Could the secondary cats be roasted and clogged and the cause of these errors and running poor - as well as reduced exhaust volume?

Idling problems are common on m3's and it is probably your idle control valve, I asked evolve for a cold start delete after having idling problems and they went away. If you are primary catless you need the stage 2 tune.

Yeah I believe that's what is on the car as it was catless and set up properly when I got it. I just think the time of driving it when the PO had it and the time I've had it might have toasted the secondary cats?

The idling isn't an I doling issue, it's an issue when I come off the throttle to a stop. It will dip down to like 200, almost stall then pop back up to 1200 with a self induced rev and then level back out.

The throttle is also a bit sluggish overall and more so when getting going in the morning after sitting all night.

Did you recently replace the o2 sensors, the secondary cats should not have toasted out. First things first is to change the gas station you go to.

O2s were changed right away. I go to shell exclusively so I suppose maybe that could be the issue but for 7-8 months (progressively gotten worse and more common). Tried some fuel treatment a while ago also, didn't help much.

Finding the cause of the CEL saying I'm running rich seems to be the key to unlocking this puzzle.

If your running rich it could be a problem with the tune.

Would look at fuel pressure sensor and thermostat temp sender, post all your codes? Evap canister?

Does not sound tune related to me. The tune is not going to suddenly go bad

Running rich enough for long enough will eventually ruin cats but sounds like you know that already
