Price check on my e92 M3 w/ 68K

Hey guys, I wanted to see if it would be worth investing some more time to sell private before pulling the trigger on trading in my car to the dealer. Looking to see if anyone would be able to help me fairly price the car to see if I'm out of my mind for trading in.

2011 e92 M3 with DCT
2nd owner
68k miles

Alpine White with Fox Red Novillo Interior
CF trim
Premium & Tech package
Enhanced premium sound and 220M wheels

Battery replaced 2k miles ago
Spark plugs just done about 3k miles ago
Oil done every 5k or 6 months, whichever came first
TA done, decided not to do RB

Tires need to be replaced soon. Decided to not replace in-case buyer would want to choose their own tires, so I would be willing to eat the cost of new tires in the value of the car.

Car has never been modded aside from an x-pipe and Corsa exhaust, stock exhaust setup has been put back on.
