I just tuned mine about an hour ago. Just stage 1 though but it pulls! The motor sounds louder as well (in a good way)

How’s that even possible? I think your ego raised by $500

Cars adaptations have been reset and that’s it? Car pulling harder based on what values?

I bought the tunes and remote coding from Alex. He did my coding yesterday, helped me through flashing the tune and answered all of my questions. While flashing the tune I was a little excited and skipped a step. This was solely my issue. Alex knew exactly what I missed, and provided support until everything was done. Overall it was a great experience. Good guy, good tunes and good customer service. There is no reason to be on the fence about working with Alex, just do it.

It does sound louder, more induction noise lower in the RPM range, I assume better timing with more intake.

Correct.

Just learned what a butt dyno was last night since it’s not a common term in a different community.

But cheers to Alex@Alpine. Awesome dude to deal with. Not sure why bother wasting time getting butt fcuked by pricier flash tune with similar/identical results and less customer service than what Alex provides

Doubt it as it'll cook the secondary cats
I believe the disclaimer is to avoid damage to cats

Purchased my tune in feb and still haven't put it on

been waiting for the longest time to race my friend in his 2013 mustang gt before tuning but he always has some excuse.

his car is like a trailer queen he rarely drives it ever.

I put 3-4 times more mileage on my car per year then him.

It only takes 5 minutes to flash back to stock, and 5 minutes to reload the performance tune. Just saying.....

Yep, 40 - 45 minutes, but he can go back to stock in 5 to race his nemesis instead of waiting 10 more months! LOL.....

Your "flash first" file took 40-45 minutes to load?

No, that was making the copy of the ecm, then flash first and then the tune from start to finish as per Alex's instructions. The backup of the ecm took the longest at around 25-30 minutes as I recall.

Yes you can. The "flash first" is the 241e factory tune. The copy of the ecm is not mandatory, just a safety net to have.

I'm no expert, but I don't think ruining the secondaries is just an "oops" type of thing... pretty sure it could cause significant damage to everything. Its not designed for any cats at all... I imagine shooting a gun with a clogged barrel...

Re: dct tune - Had to go to stock for a little and
def feel the lag between going into reverse and gears again which is annoying. And much faster response between paddle and gear shift occurring
