Rest in peace Cameron.
What a shame for a great guy with a great car, and great tastes.
Condolences out to the family and friends

Holy crap the car was airborne to a height of 20ft and bounced twice while smashing through the trailer.

Thoughts to the family this person has SELFISHLY left broken, by leaving them too early. I feel awful for the family, but to feel for the victim is to condone one's actions, and street racing CANNOT be condoned.

I would tend to agree. I have a difficult time having sympathy for the deceased when it was his willful participation in such an illegal and reckless act that led to his own death and put others at risk

I beg of you all, from here on out, to keep the negative comments to yourself.

Yes, Cameron was a personal friend of mine and yes, street racing is stupid. But I ask all of you to remember two things: you don't speak ill of the dead and for Christ's sake have some human decency. We're not comparing superchargers or cold airs or pulleys-this was someone's wonderful life taken from us much to soon.

I'm feeling every emotion possible right now and trust me-I'm mad at him for what he did. However, I don't want/need to see even greater problem with this world-that people have lost compassion for one another.

Tradegy touches us all, and if you need to read the articles and substitute a loved ones name in there in order to grasp what I'm saying, by all means. I just pray you understand that this is not the time or place for your "wisdom".

God bless you Cameron, I know you're in a better place now...

Any word on the funeral home? I'm in the area and feel the need to pay respect.

That would be neat if a bunch of NE guys showed up to pay their respects..

From most of the comments, it seems the guy was pretty cool. What a shame.. I do agree with the comment that stated street racing is the devil.

I can't say I haven't done it, or I won't do it again.. But it sure does make you think..

Cj was a good honest guy just like the rest of the crew at acm, I didn't know him as well as the others but he was a good guy, we all do stupid shit, keep the negative stuff to yourself, there's alot of people in this community who knew him and will take offense,

Sal and everyone at acm, sorry for you lose and if you guys need anything let me know, everyone's here for you

Why don't people have the courage and sympathy to chastise their friends before accidents rather than gaining the bravado after the fact to tell others to pay respect. If you recognize your friends on youtube racing videos, turn them into cops, it's better for them to be alive & fined than dead on the street. You are saving a life not ratting your friends out. You are being twice the man and doing infinitely the better thing to confront your friends than trying to force others to pay respect after the fact.

Robert,

If you must know, I did tell him to be smart and recognize it's freezing out, tires are cold, keep it to the track, etc....hours before the accident.

I too would like to know the details of the wake, I guess it will be posted when the time is ready. At least there is more maturity in this thread, the one on E90post has turned into a bash ACM fest.

Ive known Sal for more than 5 years now, I was the first guy to drop his 335....weve had a friendship since then and its a shame to see these events take a turn for the worse. I wish Sal and the ACM family all the best, as well as CJs family.

Street racing kills, but don't act like you have never done it.

Sad stuff.
