Best bang for buck on upgrading Hi-Fi?

I currently have the Hi-Fi (676) system in my 09. Can you tell what would be the best upgrade between upgrading the amp with a higher powered one or would it be better to upgrade the speakers to the Logic 7 or Individual Audio? Obviously it would be best to do both, but what will give the most bang for the buck?
