i was on coilovers before and its even smoother on bags !! if i want stiffer i just adjust the dampering and it does the job !! if you want my honest opinion... i can still turn fast, accelerate to redline i will not go and explore the after 100mph with the small tires i have on right now gonne upgrade a size next year !!!

i will look into it this weekend will try to get it lower with more camber !! but ive heard on the non-M crowd that its a problem with the airlift front struts... they are not short enough so wont go as low as the rear

What kit are you running?
My Airlift Performance 3P just came into the shop, and I've been told that the new systems for the E92 M are awesome (finally convinced my wife that air is a good idea these days, and won't take away too much performance for the way it's driven). Any photos of your trunk set up?

J/K Hey whatever reason it was to post it here, where so mich hate for your "art" is, I don't care! Just know that the most important thing is: You dig it and you love it, you don't need prop's from anyone! It's your hobby, man. Your sweat and tears, your lifetime that you invested in it! So get out there bro and enjoy every freaking second with it!!!!! Don't give a damn, what people think...it's a part of growing up to do so Last edited by vsix; 11-05-2015 at 08:08 AM.. |

you realize that having air suspension renders the ride height adjustable, right?

I love all the hate that air ride gets.
Yes. The E92 m3 is a 'capable' track car. But, it's main purpose is a luxury sports coupe or...in some cases...sedan. A lot of people on these forums think that it's up there with GT3s or GTRs, which it's not... It's not a holy grail of an automobile, and it's certainly not something that should garner such corny fanboi-criticism when someone wants to apply whatever style technique they see fit. I personally love to see all types of styles applied to this car. I'm never going to track mine, but that doesn't mean that I don't drool over mean track setups. OP....car looks great...except that front set-up at ride height. I feel like a meatier tire/lower offset might help a bit. But, you're gonna address that. I should be joining the small list of E92 Ms on air soon. The install shop and I are working on a legit show set-up for the trunk, which is why I asked for more photos. I was gonna go hidden, but I think we're gonna do a nice simple, yet exposed thing. tl;dr - E9x M is an amazing car, people wanna do what they wanna do, purists get salty.

Nothing like adding a bunch of weight high up in the vehicle to increase performance and handling Then again, if you cared about that you wouldn't be on air!
