New Update Evolve Stage 2 - 98 to 100 Octane

Hi, this week install a new tune.. last 98octane new 100 octane.

Any test, dyno graphs and other info?

Should be the same difference as 91 vs 93 in the USA. The factory tune does not vary, but you are likely to hit the factory timing target of 32 more often with 93. I doubt 93 will support any more timing. From what I understand, most tunes don’t raise the timing target. Most gain is from leaning out the AFR.

100 octane Europe should be 94 over here in the US. I think...

If so, maybe the tune will add timing. Could be worth a few rwhp. I’d guess an E85 or 100 octane or meth tune uses a timing target of about 37, which is an increase from the stock 32 the factory uses for 91 to 93 octane, and which many cars won’t always reach.

Maybe a 94 tune will target 33 degrees. At any rate, the 94 car will be hitting the factory 32 degree target more of the time.
