Lumbar support, broken?

Hey guys,

Well as I was adjusting the lumbar support (electrical) I noticed that the bottom to reduce the curvature didn't work. Increasing still does. I tried the passengers seat and still the same problem..

Any idea's as to what could be going on? It's a 2012 model.

P.S Sorry if this is in the wrong section, couldn't really find one..

Cheers

It won't be a fuse. It's not gonna have separate fuses for the one button. Sure it's not working?? It makes a note as you increase the lumbar, however it is silent retracting.

Just to be sure you're doing it correctly, the "aft" position of the circular button deflates the lumbar. Press and hold.

It would be very, very strange if both seats were inflating but not deflating.

Hope this is just user error.

Thanks for the help guys. Aye. It was my fault, I wasn't holding the button down long enough to notice any change (also was listening out for the sound). I blame the magic smoke.. lol.
