As in you are revving in high rpm and slightly touching the accelerator upon deceleration?
Yes, just slightly touching the accelerator. It's fun under bridges and tunnels for sure.

Do you have cats still??? It's not recommended to run burbles on a catted car... nor will it loud at all.

In 6th gear at around 3k if i let off I get a singular burble.
I'm currently running a full SS system, no cats, no res. Race Mufflers, so barely a muffler.

Completely different and you are correct to have noticed that. The F series burble was built into the car from factory so it was made for the car. A burble tune is a "hybrid" tune per say. My understanding of the burble tune is that fuel is being dumped onto the plugs. Not sure how it works on the F series but having cats on our car while fuel is being exploded on the plugs gets stopped up from the cats (filters) and therefore it's not effective. Others can correct me (I'll edit this so that I look like a burble genius when all is said and done but I think Alex could pop in and clarify the BURB.

The F8X m3/4 is direct injected, because of this burbles are simple to control.

You guys want longer burbles you can include it in your request, but your drivability might be effected.

Hey Alex, when you say drivability is affected depending on burble duration, can you clarify what exactly that is? Like throttle response? Smoothness? Power?

Not sure if it’s thing Alex is referring to, but when Alex sent me maps with more burbles, the car runs a lot more rougher at highway speeds. But on the other hand the car sounds like it’s dropping bombs. Ifnit’s something you can life with, or you don’t have much highway driving the drivability issues aren’t as noticeable.

I'm surprised O2 readiness is set without cats.

There are two post cat 02 that must show ready, and most states give you only one allowance for not ready. Either one or both are bring simulated, which is the way to do a catless off road racing tune.

I've been using Alpine Stage 2 (93oct) tune for over two years now successfully here in Brazil, but I've been craving for something different. Is it possible to run 100oct stg 2 tune and use a flexfuel kit such as AFD or eFlexFuel to blend e100 (pure ethanol) to reach ignition timing target?

Is the engine and DCT tune street legal in California? Or would I need to revert the tune to stock when I go to get smogged?

Had it done a couple weeks ago . I asked Alex if there is any issue with warranty or smog and he indicated not. You can text him and he will confirm but I don't see how it could be an issue.

For DCT flash only there is no concerns for passing smog. But for engine tune you must return to stock.
