Black velour RECARO Pole Position seats with mounting hardware

I am parting out my car and looking to trade my black velour cloth RECARO racing shells for stock fox red leather E92/E90 M3 seats plus cash. The retail price of my parts when new are listed as follows:

Seats: $799 each
RECARO aluminum side mount sets: $175 each
RECARO slider track kits: $105 each
Macht Schnell floor mounts: $225 each
Macht Schnell seatbelt recepticles: $99 each
Macht Schnell seat occupancy sensor emulation module: $299

So the total came out to be $3105 for both seats.

Both seats are in good condition, with care taken by all occupants when entering and exiting the vehicle. Please pay no mind to the wet spot on the passenger seat rest - I had used a towel to wipe off dirt prior to photographing. My asking price is $2320 minus cost of your seats. OBO. Please note that I MUST trade for OEM fox red leather seats to return my car to stock - no exceptions at this time. Preference will be given to Southern California locals who can perform a swap with me at European Auto Source in Anaheim, CA.

Please let me know if you see a better price elsewhere. I will match anyone's price. Thanks!

Admittedly, one photo of the seats isn't representative. But I will certainly have detailed photos up next weekend, after I wax the shells and hand wash the cloth seat covers. They'll look pristine...
