Tischer - Excellent Service!
I ordered the 09+ navigation controller retrofit kit for my car. There are a number of pieces that are required for the install and it was a relief that Tischer sells the entire kit. I also like that they requested my car's VIN because it gave me added security that I would get the right parts.
Evan responded to my questions within minutes of my sending him an email and within 20 minutes of my placing the order, I received both an automatic shipping confirmation and an email from Evan saying that the parts were shipped out the same day! I received my parts a couple of days ago and the packaging was incredible. The installation went smoothly and I now have the shiny new idrive knob. I look forward to working with Tischer in the future. Thanks. |
