Got this car about a year ago, did all maintenance like bearings, mounts and bolts and drove for about 10k miles. Car gave me no major issues in the past 10k miles I put on it. Wasn't tracked (altough I really wanted to) or really raced except to put some F30 M3s and 335's back where they belong
Car has a lien on it so it will take a few days to get the title from the bank. I can accommodate driving with my plates while you're waiting.

ESS625 kit.
Eisenmann Street exhaust with AA X-pipes. No cats at all. No CEL so if your state just uses OBD to check for readiness then you're fine.
H&R lowering springs with stock shocks, EDC is still functional.
1M front bumper with clear bra and CF lip.
Bearings/bolts and throttle actuators were done last year.

Tires are 255/35R19 front and 295/30R19 rears, will need to be replaced next season
