Thanks for the data! Do you have specific size/offset on that wheel so we can add it to our list? Thanks again!
That's difficult with a 3 piece wheel because different centers can produce the same size and offset but one might clear and the other doesn't. For example you could build a 10 et25 wheel with a 2" lip and a center that clears. Conversely the center that yields a 10 et25 with a 2.5" lip will not clear the front brake. That being said, almost all 18" e88's clear Essex brakes (I have the thin pad version). I have not done much checking on the thick pad version. I love my Essex kit and they are one of the most friendly options for fitting 18" wheels. I can help anyone determine bbs e88 fitment.

With the OEM 18 "260M wheels with spacer of 12mm and a brembo kit of 380mm there is possibility of cleaning ?? With 370mm I suppose that sure if

No. Brembo 380 is far harder to clear than Stoptech 380. There are only a couple 18" wheels that clear that kit. Biggest PIA for clearance

The RIA does not clear Brembo 380. I have had bbs check caliper diagrams. It's very close and there is a possibility that they could be made to fit with brake hardware modification.

Bump.. does the RIA clear the Brembo 380s in any spec? Wondering if it’s an offset issue or barrel issue. iND says they’d fit here: https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1413685

See my previous post. It's a barrel issue. Doesn't matter what offset. It's within 2 to 3mm and would likely need caliper modification. The front 380 kit will be more likely to fit. The rear 380 kit is actually larger and would need modification.

The ARC-8s in 18x9.5" ET22 and 18x10" ET25 will clear the Brembo 6 piston 365mm BBK, but not the 380mm version for the fronts. The 18x10.5" ET27 ARC-8s & EC-7s as well as the 18x11" ET25 EC-7s will work in the rear with a 380mm Brembo or Stoptech BBK.

Volk Racing TE37s in 18x9.5" ET22 also clears the Stoptech and Brembo 6 piston 380mm BBK in front of an e9x M3:

We will try to get brake templates for the PFC and Alcon kits to test against both the EC-7s and ARC-8s as well, but usually Brembo utilizes the largest calipers in our experience, so wheels that clear the Brembo 380mm BBK should clear the others as well with the same or smaller rotor sizes.
Do you got any confirmation for PFC Z54 kit under EC7s? I got 18x9.5 ET22 and 18x10.5 ET27

thx

There's a bolt protruding in the rear on Brembo 380 caliper. It can be modified to improve clearance

The front PFC Z54 brake kit fits inside Apex Arc 8 wheels so you’ll have even more clearance with an Apex EC7 wheel.

Any idea what the rear modification entails? Replace with shorter bolt or grinding anything down? If the fronts clear and the rear is a simple mod, I’m intrigued!

You wouldn't want to use a shorter bolt as that would reduce thread engagement and do nothing for clearance. You can inspect the bolt style and see if there's a version with a smaller head and/or grind it. You are better equipped to come up with a plan of attack if you have caliper in front of you.

Finally I would like to comment that I found a combination that I like and pound with 18" 260M oem wheels.

- Front: 6p Porsche 997 GT3 mk2 brake caliper + bmw M4 oem front rotor 380x30
- Rear: 4p Porsche 997 Carrera 4s 3.8 Petrol + bmw M4 oem rear rotor 370x24

Only need a 10-12mm spacer
