go to auto zone and borrow their torque wrench, then you can torque them yourself...

Or better yet, rather than borrowing go buy a good quality torque wrench. My experience is that shops never properly torque the wheels to 88 ft-lbs and almost always over tighten them. Also, it is good practice to check your torque every so often.

If the wheels fits w/o spacers, I'd pull the spacers & see if it shakes w/o them on. If it does, it's not the spacers. If it doesn't, take a wire brush to the hub & back of the spacers & reapply. I run 15 front & 12 rear on mine w/o any issue.

Been told spacers magnify any balancing issues.

Is fitment more important than drivability?

Your wheels probably need to be Road Force Balanced

Vibrations around 80mph is usually due to a improperly balanced wheel more-so than spacers.

First, remove the spacers and clean the hub well

If vibrations continue, rebalance the wheels.

If vibrations still continue, get your alignment checked, who knows, you might be completely off.
