WTB Space Grey or Silver E92 M3 DCT

I've got my 335i on the market right now with a few interested, so I'm poking around for an E92 M3. I've researched the market quite a bit so I know what I'm looking for, what I'm willing to pay varies but I'm looking for M3's that have had rod bearings and/or throttle actuators addressed already unless your price seriously reflects that it hasn't. We all know it's the first thing any smart buyer will have to do.

I'm not in any rush, so I'm looking for a specific spec:
Space Grey or Silver with Fox Red interior, carbon fiber trim preferred
Competition package preferred, but I don't really care if it has the CF roof or not
DCT, this will be a daily and I live in the DC area, so no 6 spd's unless its cheap enough and I can just buy a daily beater with an auto to drive to work
Major maintenance addressed, maintenance records provided in general
2009+ preferred
