Lumbar controls reversed

I recently got my interior re-done. When I got the car back, the lumbar controls on the driver seat were reversed. Up became down, inflate became deflate. Passenger seat is fine.

The leather guy said he didn't touch/remove that portion of the seat. My mech thinks the control module could be the cause.

Anyone else experience anything like this before?

Weird, sounds like plus/minus reversed. Which shouldnt be possible as oem contacts all way through?

Does the little rocker switch pop off? Spin it around.

Can't spin it around as there's a logo of a seat on the 4-way switch. The switch is installed correctly.
