Considering on selling my car due to being engaged and planning for the future... here are the details

Main Specs

2009 E92 DCT 70,xxx miles
I am the second owner and will provide both keys.
Space Gray Metallic
Fox Red Interior
Premium Package
Tech Package? It has navigation
CF Roof
EDC

I'm sure there are probably a couple other little options it has, but not entirely sure of what they are as I'm typing up this post without the monroney sticker. Please feel free to ask me about any others it might be missing.

Maintenance

Rod bearings done by MRF as preventative maintenance at approx. 57k miles
Engine mounts done by MRF at 57k miles with rod bearings
Driveshaft done by MRF at approx. 57k miles
CF Roof replaced at approx. 57k miles due to bird poop eating away my other one
Throttle actuators done at approx. 62k miles
Front rotors and pads at approx. 67k miles
Oil changed every 5k or so

Mods

CF trunk spoiler
Peddle Haus extended paddle shifters
Brushed black interior trim wrap (see picture below)
Eisenmann Sport exhaust (not included in price)

Downside
This car has been in a small accident. A pickup truck swiped my fender at approximately 5-10 mph in dead stop traffic which ended up cracking the fender. I had to get this replaced. I have pictures upon request. Ultimately, the shop was also able to replace the steering rack, power steering pump and power steering fluid with the fender since insurance agreed to the replacements.

Driving Habits

Non-molested
Adult driven
Garaged daily
Never tracked
Always properly warmed up
Always avoided valet parking
I don't let people eat in the car
Never slammed doors
Basically treated it like a princess lol

This is my daily driver so miles will keep going up at about 500 per month. Please no low ballers, I am willing to negotiate within reason. No tire kickers, and test drives will not be allowed unless you can prove you have funds and potentially a serious buyer. I am still financing the car, so we would have to arrange the payment of this. You can take my car in for a PPI at whatever shop you'd like that is within the SoCal region. I also have my own PPI record from EAS if you want to see it and save yourself some money.
