Tool kit

I have a 6MT coupe, and I just looked at my tool kit in the trunk today (you have to remove the gray cover on the right hand side of your trunk). I just noticed that there seems to be a tool missing. I have the 3 tools on the right, but there seems to be a 4th tool missing all the way on the left. There is a "cut out" for where the tool should be, but no tool. Did they forget to put that tool in there, or does the 6MT coupe not come with that particular tool? Anybody else check their tool kits?

It isn't missing...it doesn't come with it.

Correct. There is also a spot for the wheel lock wrench right below that.

Oh good, thanks for checking guys! But I don't seem to have that "wheel lock" that's right below it either.

Shouldn't an E90 with moonroof have the "manual moonroof opening tool"? Mine doesn't....

Yes, though it's main purpose is as a closing tool (bigger problem if you can't get it closed than open). Maybe someone else with a sunroof can check their kit?

mine did not come with it. I asked my sales guy why was this missing and he told me that BMW stopped including these on the 3 series since '07, he did not know why....

Looks like indeed nobody has this in their tool kit.

The "Emergency Operation Crank" is part number 54 10 7 157 443. I would imagine you can order it from you dealer for a couple bucks.

My car only came with the screwdriver and tow 'hook', even though it has a moonroof. Earlier '08s came with the wrench and glove box flashlight too. I bought everything that was missing from Tischer, which was wheel locks, OEM flashlight (there's a slightly 'accessory' larger one that does not fit in the glovebox space, so you need to ask for OEM), wrench, and moonroof tool. Will probably never use them, but the OCD in me wanted the empty spaces filled .

I found the wrench on ECS Tuning's site.

Anybody have part number for the pieces. Mine has the tow hook, that's it.

I don't need the sunroof piece.
I have the wheel lock in another place (will move it to this spot).
I think the wrench part number is: 71111182747
I think the screw driver part number is: 71111179629

There's actually nothing in my trunk where the spare "would go". Should the M-Mobility kit be included there? Just don't want to get stranded somewhere.
