Does anybody have an eisenmann race exhaust on their car? I'd like to hear it on a car before I order one. I currently have the M Performance exhaust but its too quiet for me.

There were a few different setups around. I had test pipes an a Megan axle back.

Not Quite Nashville but close

On the way to Murfreesboro with a relocation package for work. Looked at several areas around N'ville (Mt. Juliet, Nolensville, Brentwood) and settled on the outskirts of the 'boro due to proximity to Company location. Looking forward to up-ing the M car count (I've been blown away by the # of GTR's here-obviously due to the Nissan plant) and also the Franklin C&C Saturdays and any other group meets.

Yeah GTRs run around like Hondas here. Welcome to the Nashville family. We had a really nice tight group but most have moved on from their Ms. I'll be back in the game early next year. Looking forward to seeing you around.

I don't have an Eisenmann but I have a full titanium Akrapovic Evolution exhaust that has been sitting in my garage for a while. I had considered getting another M but now that I have a GTR it's pretty unlikely.

My wife would love to see the Akra go. Then I'd only have the stock Raptor exhaust and GTR exhaust taking up space.

$4k and it's yours (or anyone else's who might want it). I'm not motivated enough at this point to ship it so no need for anyone to ask that question.

BTW, I also have an Evolve tune for the Akra, plus servotronic and DCT. It's VIN specific but if anyone talked to Evolve they may be willing to cut a deal since I already have the cable. I also have the cable to do any custom coding, which I never got around to. Anyone that takes the exhaust can have all that stuff too.

I love it. I was planning on holding onto it until the NSX came out but I'll probably keep the GTR. I don't think the NSX would feel any faster and Acura has taken so long to get it out there that the "exotic" styling is already looking old and generic.

If the next car isn't an exotic, it will probably be another GTR. The only major drawback is that unlike the M3, tuning it will typically immediately void the warranty. With very mild exhaust mods it's putting down around 560 hp and I've already become accustomed to it. Need more power.

Thats strange. I did not get any messages for some reason.. But anyhow, I decided not to go with Akra. I wanted something different and went with an used S2K instead. I still want to hear the akra in person though..

There is never a point where it's enough power is there? Have you been in Ian's 1000+ whp GTR?

I haven't been in it but have seen it a few times. Heith has one that's faster than Ian's now unless Ian had added any additional upgrades.

If anyone is still on the forums from the Middle TN area. Oct 27th, 9:00 AM - until is the German Cars and Coffee at Opry Mills. Should be a pretty good turnout for the Bimmer crowd and a good number of M3s.

Hello

Bought this '08 a couple months ago. Been doing mods and maintenance since. Like to wrench on the car myself.

Live in Brentwood and work in Cool Springs.

I hear good things about GMW and have seen them at cars and coffee - good to have you guys local and I'm sure I will be up to see ya when I need something fixed I can't do myself - especially since I have an extended warranty

Have owned a ton of cars - this one really has me in love (lust) Not my daily driver - try to limit to nice weather days.

Good to see somewhat of a network of M owners around.....would be up for a meet sometime - cold one or something. I come to Cars and Coffee in Cool Springs once in a while.

In any event, hello.

Any recommendations for shops near Nashville to buy wheels?

Any of you local guys have any recommendations for a shop in Nashville, or south in Williamson county, where I can get a decent deal on some aftermarket wheels installed on my M? Was looking to order some online but figured might be better to just go thru a local source/shop
Thanks.

Im also a new e92 M owner. I live over by the fontanel. As far as wheels go, I almost always order online, most of the higher end wheels take a pretty substantial buy in to get a discount. I will definitely come out for the Opry Mills meet.

The German C&C is only quarterly. The normal C&C which we are also a sponsor for is every 1st Sat of the month in Cool Springs at the theater. Technically people meet there every saturday morning but the official one every month is the 1st saturday. We will be at that also!
We are dealers for just about any company out there so anything anyone needs let us know! Check us out on IG and FB to see what we have going on!
