Update, my wheel is being delivered next week. Seems like they only reply when there is some type of criticism involved. Took a little over 4 months for anyone wondering.

Sorry to hear about the BMW steering wheel issues.

Royal Steering Wheels in the UK are legit. Did two wheels for a e9x M3 and F30 335i M-sport. Jack is highly recommended. Best exchange program. Sends a new finished SW and then you send back your core. Best price!!(Leather and Alcantara)

Colby Wheels in the US is also excellent (Alcantara only).

Mashimoto in the Pacific NW is also reliable. (Leather and Alcantara and maybe CF)

Just looked and Aza Wheels is in Ukraine, despite a recent recommendation by a BMW influencer on Youtube. NRW was also recommended by a BMW influencer on youtube.

Most BMW steering wheels on ebay are done in Lithuania and China, so that is iffy, if there is an issue.

Cheers

Ledermanz is a tried a true seller of custom BMW wheels. Truly amazing work and he usually keeps common configurations in stock.

Azauto Wheels is in Ukraine. I am sure they are cool guys...but.

- If there is a problem, that is a long drive.

- I wouldn't send any personal info to anyone in the Ukraine. Major Hacking Center.

LOL another victim.
Looks like hes too busy making carbon fiber toilet seats, according to Facebook and Instagram.
Clearly his priorities are all skewed.

Yeah that's the frustrating part. Too much time spent on new products and not enough time spent on 3+ month old orders

I purchased a custom wheel from AZA in the Ukraine (not CF) and couldn't be happier. Excellent workmanship, and good follow up on any communications. Paid via PayPal so no personal info given. It took 3 weeks to make to order and about 4 weeks from the time he shipped to receive it. Well worth the wait.

I order the CF engine cover back in June and STILL haven't received it yet. It's beyond ridiculous at this point.

I wish I saw this thread before I purchased from them...hate to revive an old thread.

But sent my wheel to them in December and it is now April, communication is still as shit as it's been reported here...
