I got revved on while I was in park and go traffic by a mustang yesterday. I just ignored and put on a movie. lol A stock G35 tried to rev as well and I was like man folks have no clue that most of us have already had those vehicles years ago and know fully what they are capable of. lol I didn't do anything with this guy either. Didn't want to waste gas. lol But the tourists are out.

The parking lot at Northeastern always has some M's. Throw in a few AMG's as well. It was definitely a tease/motivation while I went to school there...

Hey guys!
Hope all is well. Checking in to see if anyone is doing the track day with BMW gallery up at NH. Also I would like to note that I have been driving the M for 2 straight weeks now! No issues whatsoever other than with the increased HP and bigger fuel injectors this thing is drinking gas like you have never seen. Plus I have been driving it pretty hard. Had a guy in a Bentley GTC the other day next to me and I complimented him on the car. He proceeded to give me the "go f yourself I'm better than you" look. So I proceed to show him that I will eat his GTC speed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Including giving him a huge breath of catless 100 VP STREET BLAZE fumes into his convertible. From one car lover to a next why do people act so arrogant and do this? Also Sunday someone hit my hood with a golf ball. Right on the crease of the hood!!! So frustrating considering I just had it reprinted and the sent cannot be fixed!! Found the guy who did as he was pointed out by another foursome and the guy was a complete asshole and took no responsibility for it. He was also 6'9 and about 260 so any verbal altercation was not going to go in my favor. Just asked and confronted to have him give me his insurance and name to sort it out. Completely refused as threatened me. What is wrong with this world!! |

At Harmon club. I belong there to practice. Golf is my other obsession.
No one makes a hood for the e90. Set is right on the crease of the hood where those two lines are going down towards te kidney grills. |

You could always go carbon? A bit pricey and possibly a bit too aggressive though... http://www.pyspeed.com/ARKYM-Aerorac...arp-ch8001.htm

Thanks guys. Honestly the cost isn't the concern if I have to get a new hood. Yes it completely sucks and its an expense that hopefully insurance will take care of.
My biggest concern with the aftermarket hoods on the E90s is that they don't fit well. I would rather have an OEM hood than an aftermarket one that looks great, but you put it on there are too many gaps and close properly. If it were an e92 I would have more options. Have you guys seen the hood from I think it's manhart for the e92? It is absolutely stunning. Has these huge OEM air intakes and is much more aggressive with the power dome. |
