How Can That Be?

My CA told me I had week 36 .I have a production number but the 1800 number only shows that my car is ordered but no build date.IM confused

Often the 1-800 number and the online order tracking are a not kept as current as you'd like, and also even though your car may already have an estimated build week, it might not get updated in the system that provides the 1-800 number or online order tracking such info until your car actually gets pulled by the factory for production and no more changes can be made (when it goes from status 111 to status 112).
