M3 VS 750i

Not really but I dropped my wifes 328xi wagon in to have the stereo looked at (cheap german cars) and the only car they had with plates handy was a 2009 demo 750i.

Holy crap. What a machine. I was stunned by how fast it accelerates. In fact, all joking aside, I would be surprised if the M3 could keep up if you both floored it at 80kph (50mph). What a nice machine. I would like to see that engine in the M3 to be honest

Oh and I love HUD. All cars should have it.

nope. but let me tell you I don't think I'd be getting away in a hurry.
I was hugely impressed by the power of this thing. There's something very satisfying about making something that big move so fast. You gotta love power.

That I agree with u on. I just thought u meant the 750 felt faster. Its like 5k pounds lol. But i do agree that for the size that thing moves.
Imagine being in a cl63 now lol.

The frightening thing is that BMW is supposedly going to drop that 550bhp twin turbo engine in the 2010s.

I think you were feeling 500 lbft of torque - the 750i is seriously underrated - see http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/01/2...r-rated-power/

i can only imagine, it sounds like a great engine....reminds me of a few moments i spent behind the wheel of an AMG S65...feels like you're driving a boeing 747....stupid amounts of power, and sooooooo smooth and buttery feeling lol
