Has anyone run 305-30-20 on 10.5 rears ?
I'm currently running 295-25-20 and dropped on RD springs, its a e92, there is no rubbing at all, actually there is still a little gap to fill out the wheel well, so i'm wondering if i up the size a notch will there be any fitment issue ? the wheels sit perfectly flush, i can deal with a little rub but just checking as i've haven't seen this setup yet, tia.

305/25R20 can usually work with minimal rubbing. 305/30R20 is an inch larger diameter than stock in addition to being 305 width. I would not recommend it.

There is a huge difference between the 305/25 and 305/30. I definitely do not recommend going 305/30 as you will definitely rub. If you are trying to stick with a 30 series profile, go 285/30/20.

I have a set of 285/30/20 (used) . FRONT 245 30 20 (barely used) for sale. I bought them for my 2000 323CI and they won't fit (I got eBay'd). They are Beyern Five Chromes. (MSRP $700 each). Selling all for $600. Any takers?

I too have 295/25/20 on rears of my e93 and even w/ eibach's looks like I could easily fit 305/25/20's in back (this is what I plan to get when need to replace).

I bet you're right. I didn't think 295/30/20's would fit, let alone 305/30's for me (same vossens)...305/25/20 may be the ticket though. Every little bit of sidewall counts at this end of the spectrum. 295/25/20's are definitely a little unforgiving.

Yes I agree. I had Pirelli p-zero nero 305/25/20's on my previous set of wheels. I have seen people run 315/25/20's. If I got 20's again I would probably try the 315's or 285/30/20. You could try that if you want more side-wall.

Yea I run 305/25/20 on 11inch wheels in the back, absolutely no rub no matter what I do.
Just cant decide if 305/30/20 would work or not, does look like room for it but hate to order wheels mount balance etc and they rub.

To further prove my point, the tires in the link are Hankook V12's which aren't even available in 305/30/20. That tire is available in 305/25/20 which is the actual size in the pictures.

Think ill prob end up going with 315/25/20s. 285 wouldn't look right on 11 inch wheel
