Feeler: 2011 E90 DCT track car
I'm debating consolidating my track car and DD into a G80 or equivalent. It's got 148K miles and 10 owners. I specifically sought out a good condition but high mileage and high owner count so I could convert it into a dedicated track car. I got pretty far along, but the logistics of having 3 cars in the middle of Chicago are just getting to be too much of a pain in the ass. I'm aiming for about 10 track days a year, and don't have the time for anything competitive so a new(ish) G80 may actually fit the bill better than a dedicated track car. Jerez / Bamboo E90. Done by PO: RBs (WPC treated) TAs Swaybars (F/R, they look like H&R) Apex ARC-10s 18x10 square, running 275/35 kumho ecsta v730 (or will be by the time it sells, they’re sitting new on my shelf) Turner monoballs up front Turner underdrive pulleys GTS dct tune Supersprint F1 catless MPorium undertray Dinan intake Done by me: 3DM Dedicated Track Coilovers (basicaly Ohlins Dedicated Track) + Vorschlag Camber plates BW solid subframe bushings GC rear arms (full set) and spherical / solid everywhere else in rear Powerflex black diff bushings CSF radiator and oil cooler do88 DCT cooler VTT cnc aluminum DCT pan + viton side pan gasket + full DCT service M-factory CF driveshaft Paragon front BBK (372mm) and rear 2-piece rotors GT4 front lip with brake ducts going to Burkhart CF backing plates Mode carbon GT4 spoiler aFe intake scoops Schroth QuickFit Pro harness Hard-wired AiM Solo 2 DL (will include) Hard-wired Catalyst (won't include the catalyst but can leave the wiring if you're going to run one) I've done 5 days in this car, never had an off (yet  ) and it's done phenomenally. Sounds ridiculous too. I'm open to offers, but thinking something in the ~30K range. I'm not interested in parting it out, and if/while it's not sold I'll keep tracking it because it's a blast once I actually get there. The car is perfectly streetable at this point (with an asterisk on ground clearance for the front lip), but my next step would be a half-cage + seats + interior strip out and i decided to explore this route first. Despite the high owner count, it's been well cared for. I've got an inch thick binder of service info from most of its life.
