e92 m3 6MT idle knocking noise

Hi,
Just bought an e92 m3 2009 mt and had an oil change.
The garage overfilled the oil and I had to drain about 1/2 a liter when I got home.
I can hear a faint knocking noise that doesnt go away when I press/depress the clutch (not sure if the noise was there before the oil change):

It is difficult to hear over the other noises (like exhaust) but it sounds almost exactly like in this thread:
