Took a very early morning drive with my buddy in his new Shelby GT350. I can confirm its an absolutely awesome machine. The sounds it makes are an aural symphony of V8 power. Will try and post more pics and a proper comparison when I get the chance, there was a hell of a lot to like about it.

Picked up my new (to me) 2011 ZCP DCT yesterday, and drove from Walnut Creek, CA to Paso Robles via Santa Cruz. Such a great car! Looking forward to today's drive down to San Diego!

Realized how boring it is to own a car when you don't really have maintenance stuff left to do on it

took the new-to-me e90m3 out to play with other cars at a car meet
even though it's bone stock, it got plenty of attention
several people were checking it out and talking to me about the car

went and bought a set of 513m wheels
now to figure out the tire situation

Bought, claybarred, polished and installed a replacement SG Metallic fuel door from deansbimmer because some knucklehead dinged my original one. Great match and great condition.
Back to her beautiful self again.

Replaced a rear speed sensor and washed all the pollen off my car! It was bad, I hadn't washed or moved my car much for 3 months.

I gotta do that. Plus replace my DCT pan now.

Question, do I gotta replace that suction part also with the pan or no?

Suction filter should be replaced.

of course
i had the 4S on my old wheels and loved them

the only issue was trying to figure out the optimal sizing
i'm going with 245/40/18 + 275/35/18
they're pretty darn close according to the online calculators
instead of the 255/40/18 + 275/40/18 that come stock on these for the f80

Can you post a picture of what you're talking about? The filter itself comes with integrated "casing", so that's all you need.
