OP, love your tint choice. I wish I went a little darker, but didn't want the hassle of getting pulled over. If I could do it over, I would def go darker.
So that was your car in their booth? My car was at another vendor booth. I agree 100%. Although I have not used their LA shop's services, it sounds like they do just as good work as the guys up here in the Bay. Tough to find a company that can do a good job and give great service as well. Thumbs up to them. Another happy customer here as well.

I concur. I used Premier in Fremont for my wrap and they did a very nice job. I would recommend them too, no doubt.

Doing great! The clear wrap is holding up very well and has saved the paint many times already! Great investment IMHO.

I am going to PM you on another potential project I have...

This tint sounds like a winner! Does anyone know how it looks through polarized sunglasses? I've seen some tint that has a weird rainbow effect on it and I was wondering if this tint exhibited this effect?

How does this (or any other) tint affect the auto-dimming mirror? Has anyone experienced problems with it?

I got a date with Premier next Saturday. I was thinking of doing the same setup that Max did.

Since I'm recently new in CA, anyone know if the cops here are dicks about tints at 32% or 40%? CA laws states that front windows are suppose to be 70%+ and nothing on the windshield.

That looks great, this is definitely the way to go to avoid unwanted attention (cops) and lower interior heat.

We are looking at potentially creating an 80% VLT film; for now, the 73% would suffice.

Time to update photos of our Diamond Cut IR applied to other vehicles:

Here's a Alpine White M3 Coupe with:

Diamond Cut IR 50% all around and 73% on windshield

Specs again to the film:
1. 94% infrared rejection compared to 75%-80% of ceramic tint
2. 0% metals that impede on wireless transmission signals (especially for BMWs, Audis, and Mercedes for their keyless entry systems)
3. Lifetime Warranty from bubbling, fading, peeling, purpling, and cracking

Yes. The CHP put out a bulletin a number of years ago to start cracking down on tint violations to generate more revenue. I got hit when I had 35% on the front sides (I knew it was illegal so I didn't care) but I know someone that got hit with 40%.

Honestly, I'd do the combo at the bottom on the AW E92. That should never get you pulled over, and since it includes the windshield it should be outstanding in heat rejection.
