Exactly. I was confused by this original comment to do RBs.
Sarcasm would be my guess. Although funny enough, EAS posted this yesterday.

They did do bearings on a 9k mile car that had some deep scratches on cylinder 1 bearings.
Wow. Had to be someone who was beating on the car and not respecting warmup.

Congrats!!
Maybe I am misinterpreting your comment, but the car went for $68K. I think the car definitely commands the value and is a good investment, but not sure I would call it reasonable for an M3 that isn't a limited edition or individual paint color.

BTW, congrats to the OP/buyer. Car looks amazing!
The car sold for $71,400 to be a accurate. That's before taxes, tags or shipping. An impressive amount and worth it based on mileage and condition IMO.
Congrats to OP!!

EAS also just posted a 2013 with 128k miles that showed normal wear except for some deep scoring in cylinder 8. It just depends on how you treat it during start up and maintenance.

How is deep scoring considered normal wear? or any wear at all considered normal wear?

It mostly has to do variance in manufactured parts. Some just come from factory with too little tolerance. If you get unlucky, it doesn't matter how you treat the car.

the word 'except' would imply that deep scoring is not normal wear.

Congrats. That's one awesome m3! Everyone on this site is quick to add an opinion but from one low mile Melbourne red owner to another I thought I'd add in my unsolicited $.02. The m performance exhaust is great. I waited two years before doing it but in hindsight I wished it was done sooner. The m3 isn't the fastest car on the road but with that exhaust it sounds terrific. And from an investment perspective since it came on the lime rock version it seems appropriate long term. I also did the dinan tune. To be honest I don't think I could really tell you honestly that it made a big difference. But it does seem a little more smoother or more refined than before. Pilot sport 4s is also a big upgrade. Next up for me is to consider the brakes. Not sure yet what I will do there. Opinions welcome!

As of right now i want to keep it completely stock to maintain it as a collector car. However, I believe Dinan/Carbahn and M perf parts are acceptable
