An absolute joy to drive, whether driving miss daisy or winding out the glorious high-revving 4.0L, 414HP V8. Low miles, never tracked. Buy with confidence knowing the car is under full factory warranty with included free maintenance through May 20, 2015.

Color: Jerez Black (black under most light but the blue metalflake comes out mostly under fluorescent light or bright indirect sunlight).
Interior: Black Leather

Tires: Bridgestone S-04 Pole Position (fronts 80%, rears brand new)
Title: Clear

Options include: Awesome Flappy Paddle 7-speed Double Clutch Transmission, Premium Stereo, Nav, Cold Weather Package (Folding Rear Seats), Sunroof, Competition Package, and Auto Start-Stop (Disabled by Default for US Market but can enable with a push of a button). Only "mods" (if you want to call them that) are OE accessory hyper-black kidney grilles and LUX Angel Eyes H8 V4 LED Angel Eyes. Both easily removable if you don't like them.

Full Disclosure:
- I am pre-trading this car as an in-and-out sale through a local dealer because in Texas you only pay sales tax on the difference. It's called an "in and out sale" as you will be purchasing this car from a dealer. If you have a trade and/or are interested in financing, this could be advantageous to you.
- The carfax shows an accident 7/2012. Although I am the second owner of the car, I did my research before buying it and was able to obtain a copy of the body shop invoice. Total is $1,555.73. It was for a new rear bumper.
- The only blemish I am aware of on the whole car is a scratch on the bottom face of the front bumper near the front right corner. The previous owner apparently had a careless parking moment. Other than that the car is flawless.

As you can see from the low mileage, this M3 has been a pleasure car, a "Sunday driver," and has been well maintained and cared for. And, once you see it in person, and once you drive it, you will see, the car looks, feels, and drives like new.

Not planning to fix the scratch. It's figured into the price.

Classic BMW has done the maintenance for me (still covered under the bmw warranty and free maintenance plan).

It sounds like an amazing car, my nephew in Dallas is looking for an e90m.
I'm worried about the 7/11 to 4/13 oil interval. that's two years and 14,400 miles.

Dono. It's been changed according to when the computer asks for it.. Car runs great, and is still under warranty and can be extended to 100k miles. No worries.
