Oh yeah! Cbozz talking about me. I was about to get a fake bembos and realized at the last second before the shipment. The rotor hats was totally rivet. It is supposed to be either H type or D type. And Race technologies in CA confirm that the set i was about to buy was fake. And i am still looking for a good used brembo gt kit

I saw his instagram and He's dropped some money on his car, repainted it, SC, HRE and fake BRCMBO GT from China! Reason I spotted the calipers being fake is because my friend almost bought set like this for super cheap. New and if you look at the name it says BRCMBO and not BREMBO... also the mounts for the rotor are different and that's how my friend figured it out!!!
How can you tell these are fake? The logo is just the old school brembo logo, they say "BRCMBO" but that's by design. Maybe I'm not seeing it, but the rotor mounts look the same to me.

Good find.

The anti-rattle hardware in the first pic does look like genuine Brembo. Heck, my Corvette has the same hardware (OEM Brembo brakes).

Yes and yes. We use a tempered 2016 Al, and each material lot receives a battery of destructive and non-destructive testing. Partnering with a T1 supplier has its perks.

Paint is a good way to spot fake brembos.
