Does anyone know if there are really difference between the OEM spec tires vs the general manufactured spec tire? For example, there are two 275/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tire on tirerack where the $320.99 is TPC Spec which tirerack says it's for the CTS-V and the $329.99 where tirerack says it's not specifically made for the CTS-V but also mentions there are no differences to his knowledge between the two tires except the price.

Wondering if anyone knows further knowledge regarding if there really is a difference between the two tires excluding price.

Interesting. Sounds like more engineering and testing went into the OEM spec tires but it costs less than the non oem spec tires. I guess in my case, it's better off to go with the non oem spec PS4's since it wasn't tuned for an M3 in that tire size.
