Oct/Nov M3 coupe Pricing Info needed

Thinking about ordering an M3 coupe. Anyone knows what the 36 and 24 month residuals are on the coupe and the Oct and November MF? Also how much in NY/CT area are folks paying below MSRP. Thanks in advance!

If you would like a quote or any questions answered feel free to shoot Checa an email (email is below in my signature) and her and Ryan will get you all set up.

We sell way below MSRP.

Lease rates are probably unchanged since last month.

I just did an ED through Donna @ BMW of Mt Laurel, she gave me the best deal by far. Might want to try her.

just calculated...for my scenario to lease and buy out at the end costs 81k. to finance from now to begin with costs 78.8k. so 2.2k difference to have the peace of mind that that the car is leased and that i might get over it / crash it / who knows. still debating whether thats worth it though lol

how many months for financing are you calculating that with? That's not TOO bad...

and how many months for the buy out?

** plus you get the option to get the M4

calculated that with 36 month lease then 36 month residual financed at the end. so for first 3 yrs paying 850 a month then last 3 years 1450 a month. not bad

I'm happy to report that I picked up my m3 today. I end up buying the car instead of lease. its a keeper...

Do your homework on edmunds, kbb, etc. Are you sure "every" option is installed?? You might want to get a list of what's on there and price it out yourself.

for me, I wouldn't pay more than $1000 over invoice. then subtract $1500 holiday credit.

Are you sure about that residual? I saw a table on another board that has the residual as 61% for 36/12.

Looks like your SA is trying to get a nice christmas bonus for $81K.

Add $1000 to the invoice... subtract the $3000 and the $1500 credit and work around that number.
