What size tires to run?

I currently have stock style 220's on my E92 M3 with stock tire size... 245/35/19 ET+29 front and 265/35/19 ET+23 rears with 15mm spacers in the front and 12mm spacers in the rear. I love the look I have now, and the profile of the tires. By profile I mean I like the way the edge of the rim is tucked in the tire, and doesn't stick out past the tire.

I found a set of Avant Garde M359 I was going to buy. They are 19x9 ET+18 front and 19x10 E +25 rear. What size tires would I run to maintain the same profile and will I be able to eliminate the spacers or just need smaller ones to have the same look.

Current set up: Front:

Rear:
