Help ID a Part

Hi All - I bought a set of Ohlins Road and Track coilovers they came with Swift springs, helper springs, thrust sheets and some other odd stuff. In the pic below are two pretty substantial parts that are the same diameter as the springs...but they just dont show up in the Ohlins literature or the stock suspension diagrams. Kind of look like top hats...but....dont think so. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
