https://www.bimmergeeks.net/downloads The Rheingold download includes ISTA. You can also buy a better cable from their site to flash modules that most cables can't (due to bad firmware).

That said, you will most likely be fine with Rhiengold ISTA on Bimmergeeks as our cars don't really have any real updates since forever now. You will require windows and ISTA/D does consume a lot of space with SQLite so I would make sure you have at least 150GB space free to install. You can trim it down by avoiding some items here and there. You can do it on a mac with Virtualbox, VMWare Fusion, Parallels or Boot Camp. Keep in mind how much space you have allotted for it.
