Was wrong in both ways, because the correct color spec is "British Racing Green". Perhaps her name was Jade?
The 007 adds maybe just a bit Bond flair, why not.

The last good rain I remember was that period of a couple weeks where it rained non-stop. That was what? 2 years ago?

Rained a lot in late February, early March. Mammoth got dumped on and I took advantage.

This is my set up. I'm quite fond of it. Everyone else that tries to use it complains about how weird it feels, I personally like it and feel that they are all idiots.

I like it. It's very light weight. I bought it a few years ago when I traveled for work, carried a laptop and needed a mouse for excel spread sheets. It makes a great mouse for laptop bags as you just straighten it out to turn it off and it's low profile. It's also very responsive. The mouse pad I dig because of it being over sized. I'm really bad for running my mouse off normal size pads especially when manipulating technical drawings/blueprints.

No. The company I work for won't pay for additional licensing.

Oddly enough, would you believe me if I told you that I do my drawings/editing from PowerPoint? It's not ideal but I'm able to get the general idea of what I need completed by using this. If the company won't supply me with what I need I get creative.

I did our facilities sprinkler system, emergency lighting system and emergency walkway path drawings in PowerPoint. The look on the company engineers face when he asked what I used to make the drawings during the presentation was awesome. I did use sketchup for a while until IT blocked me from being able to install additional software on our machines. Frustrating when the company you work for doesn't want to allow you access the tools to do your job. I finally gave up and just started forwarding everything to the engineer. At first it made him feel cool to be the only one who was allowed to have it. Now I just hand my shit over to him to mess with and head straight to the OT section here. I don't have access to Autocad, but I have access to Bimmerpost!

Definitely stunned me with that one

for the sprinkler system, you designed it or sketch the pre-existing conditions?

I took a print of the buildings blueprint to staples and had them scan the print of the drawing. I then added the drawing as a picture in PPT and then added shapes, designs, boxes, etc. from PPT on top of the drawing and then combined them. This basically gave the contractors what they needed in terms of what lines went were, inlets, valve locations and whatnot. The slide for the emergency escape plan coincided with another project to install wireless location sensors for forklifts. I wish I could post them so you could see. Pretty funny yet accurate at the same time.

oh man..thats a lot of work. if you had one of the programs i mention it wouldve been simple task. Im familiar with sprinkler system but I specialized in plumbing system. (residential) I am looking to expand and do both commercial/residential. If you ever need to download specs/images/ like detail of sprinkler device go to www.watts.com for backflow preventers. I use it to my design and it gives you actual device with proper dimensions.

Yeah, it was a bit ridiculous. Thanks man I appreciate that. I usually get spec sheets, pump curves, etc. from the vendors as they bend over backwards to get the business. My biggest issue with my position is being the liaison between what corporate wants to install/end result and the contractors. Communication 9/10 comes to visual aides. I can't tell you how many hand drawn technical drawings I've had to draw/design and then hand over to fabricators. I've been pretty successful/lucky so far.

i know its time consuming doing the sketches if they need it asap.
These programs are very expensive.

For AutoCAD I'd preferred a trackball mouse. Yours looking a bit like a phonebone
