2013 e92 M3 Mineral White ZCP DCT - Street / Track Car

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
Up for sale is my 2013 e92 M3 Competition Package with DCT in Mineral White on Black leather with carbon fiber leather trim currently setup for SCCA STU Autocross and NASA Time Trials

VIN: WBSKG9C50DJ593271 (build date 09-13-2012) No accidents, I do have a loan.
Mileage: 82,330 (will update as this goes up) - I bought this car with 39k miles in September 2018 and most of the miles are from daily driving the car for 2 years

Price: $37,500 SOLD
A-la-carte options to reduce price or return to stock-ish are available
(PM for details, I still have many stock parts)

Location: Dallas, TX - I am happy to pick-up visitors at Dallas Love Field - Willing to take the car to MPorium BMW for a PPI at buyer’s expense if requested.
This car was originally delivered in Atlanta and has always been a southern car and garaged. Perfect underneath. (Photos under the car in links below)

Factory Options: Every factory upgrade is on this car except for headlight washers and individual audio (yes, has a sunroof)

Maintenance:
- Rod Bearings and Motor Mounts replaced by MPorium BMW (@deansbimmer) at 49,900 miles with mixed set ACL bearings and ARP bolts.
- Oil changes every 3-5k and have two recent Blackstone reports
- DCT Service with new pan, gaskets, and fluid at Mporium BMW at 61,000 miles
- Antigravity lightweight battery installed Jan 2020
- New Core4Motorsports hubs/wheel bearings with 12x1.5mm press-in Core4/MSI studs installed Jan 2021 with Muteki extended nuts
- Differential fluid changed at 80,000 miles Jan 2021
- Coolant temperature sensor and wiring harness replaced at 82,000 miles along with power steering fluid flush and new OEM power steering reservoir
- Throttle Actuators have not been replaced

Modifications:
- OMP ARS-R Seats (exp 2021) on Brey-Krause side brackets custom-wired to the OEM Power Sliders (I would like to keep the seats; will replace with original stock black power seats before delivery or add $900 to the price)
- KW Clubsport 2-way Coilovers
Rebuilt by KW in December 2020 with shock dynos from Inertia Lab after rebuild - approx 3k miles on rebuild - higher spring rates and shorter front springs for additional wheel/tire clearance. I have extra springs in various rates, an extra camber plate, and extra camber plate hardware that I will include (also have stock ZCP shocks w/o springs)
- Hotchkis front sway bar with Bimmerworld endlinks
- Stoptech ST-60 front 380mm bbk, rebuilt in Dec 2019 with new seals/dust boots and powder coated in Illusion Blue with Stoptech Street front pads and Cobalt Friction XR2f/XR3r track pads. Castrol SRF brake fluid (March 2021)
- Puretech Sweden front brake backing plates for brake ducting
- Driver and Passenger Schroth Quick-fit Pro in Blue
- Macht-Schnell Intake with new filter Jan 2021
- MPorium aluminum front undertray
- Active Autowerke catless x-pipe with 300cel cats in the primary cat location
- Gintani race muffler (this exhaust combo always gets sound compliments)
- Gintani tuned with recent dyno sheets for NASA Time Trials
- Wire to Canbus for using an Aim Solo DL

Current weight - 3450 empty with low fuel. Last weight on the NASA TX scales was 3595 with me in it + approx. half tank of gas. Depending on setup it can fit in TT3 or TT4. Classing sheets posted in the NASA TT online database.

Other: Have a Do88 Oil Cooler and Radiator NIB that I am planning on installing before summer if the car is not sold. (If you want these now I can have them installed and the price will increase)

Exterior (mostly the bad stuff):
Front bumper could use a respray/replacement. I track the car so I haven't worried about it. It’s scuffed underneath, pitted, etc.
A couple of small door dings on left rear quarter and right side door
Small paint rub under left rear fender from big tires (it is not noticeable unless you are looking for it)
Front fender liners are rubbed out from track use
Left front fender clips on top are broken but the fender fits perfect still. (May want to replace it at some point)
Rear bumper was resprayed by previous owner at Park Place Porsche Dallas
Roof is wrapped in satin carbon fiber wrap (wrap installed Feb 2019)
Mirror caps are wrapped in blue to match brake calipers. (Left mirror cap is OEM but unpainted underneath, right side is still Mineral White)
Black M stripe front grille
Aftermarket angel eyes in clear
Mineral white painted front reflectors (right side one doesn’t fit perfectly)
Vorsteiner Type II replica rear diffuser
I have a V-Style carbon fiber front lip not currently on the car that can be installed
M Performance carbon fiber trunk spoiler (also have a stock mineral white spoiler)
Paint corrected and ceramic coated April 2019; always hand washed.

Interior:
Great shape.
Carpet in great shape, cup holders work. Minimal cosmetic wear on buttons. Worst ones are the trunk button peeling and media iDrive button.
Front all-weather floor mats, rear carpet floor mats
M Performance Alcantara flat-bottom steering wheel with dark blue painted stripe
Carbon fiber extended paddle shifters
Removed cell phone/iPod holder/charger and replaced with flat bottom piece for extra center console storage
Rear seats have barely been sat in other than by wheels and tires that I transport in the car to the track
Rear trunk liner bottom carpet panel has some marks from carrying a floor jack. Have an all-weather trunk liner. Rear carpet above the inner fender has two holes cut for easy access to adjust coilover rebound.
Car has coding to remove all codes/lights related to the aftermarket seats and lack of brake pad sensors. Other comfort and convenience coding as well. Only lights on the dash are for no TPMS and the EDC warning in iDrive.
Stock front seats have the usual slight driver side bolster wear but otherwise great condition.

Wheels and Tires:
I have 3.5 sets, buyer can choose what set they want the car to come with and others are negotiable.

18x10 et25 square set Apex ARC-8 in Gloss Black - currently mounted with 285/645/18 Pirelli DH scrubs
18x10.5 et27 square set Apex EC-7 painted Purple. (some paint chips, need refinished, two are bent and won’t balance)
18x11 et44 pair Apex EC-7 painted to match above. Can be used to make a staggered set with the 4 above. Staggered EC-7's are currently mounted with 265/35/18 and 295/35/18 Yokohama A052.
18x11 et25 square set Forgestar CF-5 in Gloss Black recently mounted new 285/35/18 Pirelli PZero tires
All wheels except the ARC-8 set are ceramic coated

I saw you grab an e46, so I am assuming Spec E46 eventually? Wouldn't be mad at you for that, I'd love to build a spec e46

Haha yup. I'm at three cars right now, e46 330 that would be a perfect candidate for an se46 build which I may follow through on and a 2002 Boxster that I'm currently daily driving because the e46 needs a Vanos and I haven't had time to fix it. I love this e92 but its getting up there in miles and I don't necessarily want to keep tracking an s65 motor. I would be totally down to have another e92 that is stock with a 6MT to daily/autox though if anyone wants to trade me

I'm not 100% sure what the next car(s) look like but I need really one daily/autox car and one full-blown track/race car. This street/track build has been really fun and I'll keep taking it out to events until it sells but its time for the next thing

I will have the car in the San Antonio, TX area near the end of April if anyone in that area wants to see it.

Dang Kelsey! Stinks to see it go.

Don't worry about mileage, I'm at 166k and it's running well lap after lap on track.

Bump.

Plus a photo of the car all stickered up on track at the NASA Texas Region event this past weekend. Run it lap after lap on track and drive it home on the street. Car is sorted and ready to go
