The very first line dated 6/11/2010 references a PUMA case evidently associated with this car, perhaps while the car was at the VDC. PUMA cases are high dollar repair situations which require repair approval of higher ups in the BMW organization. I'm not sure how you would go about finding out more on this issue.
I, personally, would not buy a car like this from an independent dealer mainly because they likely got it from an auction. The way I look at auction cars is that they are there because they have a problem.
It seems to me that currently, for approximately the same money, there are lots of 2011 CPO cars sitting on BMW dealers lots.

Or it got a door ding in transit before new car preparation and wanted it done on BMW dollar rather than dealership dollar. So not a concern.

OP I'd have thought there were plenty of white e92 m3 to choose from?

Yeah but not with red leather and MT

Not that I've seen that was in my budget. I'm looking to spend max otd 55k but realistically I would love to spend under 50k

2009 or higher it does not matter too much.

Pictures have been uploaded
What do you guys think? Should I bite the bullet or wait it out?

$45k

4,108 miles. Two previous owners. (+extended leather, zcp, carbon roof, tech, premium, cold packages)

Very conflicted I feel like in December I can get a better deal but the question is will this color combo come back around that time. Any thoughts?

I also think the me being the third owner will hurt my resale if I ever want to sell. (Would not for 4-7 years)

Wait, is it 4k or 41k miles?

I would never worry about resale value when looking to buy a vehicle, personal opinion.

That's a really nice color combo and decently low miles. The interior looks like it's in better there that the mileage suggests, too! Jump on it.

I have put down a small deposit on it already. Just checking on what else is in the market or the likely hood of something similar or better coming back up in Dec or Jan.

This really fits my check list of request but only thing is the two owners. And I also think this at may have been tracked.

First owner is in Indiana and check out the car fax vs see is history.
Seems like lots of brakes and tire issues.

Is this still a good buy if it's been tracked?
