LOL i think they missed the whole point of the Boss 302 or Mustangs in general.
the Boss is al about performance not luxury interiors, ford din't target the M3 for its luxurious feel, it target it for its performance.

It's probably not a really good idea to consider the WSJ as any kind of a quotable source in terms of car testing.

The fact is that neither Ford nor BMW think that these two cars are in any way competitors.

Ford used the M3 as a performance target. That's it.

Apparently, they hit the bullseye, too.
