2011 E92 part number needed for OEM Black front grill

Hello,

Has anybody purchased and installed OEM Black front grills for 2011 E92?

I recently purchased black grills from a BMW dealership in Portland, Oregon but the grills will not fit, the tabs are not aligned with the slots on the hood.

I called the dealership back and provided my VIN and for some reason this is the only black grill that shows up for my car.

Does anybody happen to know the correct part number for the OEM black front grills for a 2011 E92 with a production date of 09/2010?

If you are looking for the OEM Black Chrome grill that was only available on the M3 "Edition" model, then it's 51137979349 & 51137979350.

I have a 2011 M3 sedan with comp and got the grill (black) from the BMW dealership. THe grill did not fit (too big and tabs did not align). Dealership database seems to be not correct.

From BMW dealer:
51 71 2 158 984
51 71 2 158 985

I want the black gloss on the outside and matte grill interior. Can someone confirm the part number from BMW?

Same thing happened to me when I ordered the Performance Black Grilles, the dealer sent me P/N 51712158984 & 51712158985 and they didn't fit, the correct P/N's for the Performance Black Grilles are: 51712155450 & 51712155451, see some pictures of the Grilles installed
